  I took my 19 year old daughter to see a doctor as she couldn't walk - my daughter sat down waiting while I confirmed her details with the receptionist. The receptionist said in a very condescending tone "next time perhaps your daughter should come up & confirm her details as she is a big girl now" I am aware of how old my daughter is - I would have done the same for anybody that I accompanied to the doctor including mother, sister etc - her comments were totally uncalled for & unnecessary.

  THE 40YR OLD BLONDE RECEPTIONIST IS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She speaks so condescendingly towards people & also, most of the other receptionists are so unfriendly too!!
  From my experience I have never really had to wait any longer than 20 minutes to see a doctor though so I am ok with the wait times, in saying that I usually call prior to check the wait time as I am 5 minutes away.
